Affordable, Capable, Open-Source Robot Arm

The A4 is an open-source 4-axis robot arm with a single degree of freedom gripper. It was designed with FreeCAD, and the CAD is available for download. The structural parts are designed to be 3D printed, and are available for download as STLs. The PCBA works with the Arduino Mega. The firmware was written in the Arduino IDE, and the GUI was developed using Electron.

BoilerBot

Open Source Cooking Robot

BoilerBot is an open source cooking robot designed with FreeCAD and KiCAD. It is programmed with the Arduino IDE. It consists of a hot plate, a strainer, a motion axis, and a temperature sensor. BoilerBot heats the water to the user set temperature, lowers the strainer into the water for a set time, and lifts the strainer back out.
